Phoenix Financial Services is a full service financial services company located in the heart of the financial district in New York City. Phoenix Financial Services was formed to provide a high level of personalized service, which we feel has been lacking at the big “supermarket” financial firms.
Our representatives are fully equipped to help you through the multitude of financial questions that you may come up with on a day to day basis. Our firm is designed to be able to provide you with all of your financial services needs including: financial advice, retirement planning, and financial product analyses.
We also do not have potential conflicts of interest with our clients that many larger financial institutions can have due to market making, proprietary products, and proprietary trading.
To maintain our exceptionally personalized service while still providing a high level of trading execution, Phoenix Financial Services has chosen to be a fully-disclosed broker dealer. This means that all customer funds and securities are safely held with our clearing agent, AXOS Clearing, LLC. Member FINRA & SIPC.

GET YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED
"An investment in knowledge pays the best interest."
- Ben Franklin
The securities market is complex, and before you invest in it you will need to have some questions answered. What should you invest in, and when should you invest? What asset mix is best for your financial goals? What’s the difference between “allocation” and “diversification”? How much risk are you willing to take?
These are tough questions that Phoenix Financial Services' experienced financial professionals can help you answer. We realize that the markets are always filled with pockets of opportunities, but investors should recognize that these opportunities come and go. To navigate the markets intelligently, many sophisticated investors are looking for a different course. Some investors want strategies that go beyond conventional and unimaginative approaches.
Phoenix Financial Services can help you navigate the markets, whether the markets may be rising or falling. We may suggest hedging to minimize risk, or we may suggest that you seek to capitalize on the market decline. We are creative and honest, and our qualified staff will devote its resources to bring you cutting edge ideas, actionable recommendations and personalized service.

REGULATION BEST INTEREST
